I was very pleased with my visit to Smiles by Holsinger & Higgins. I was greeted by the kindest folks behind the desk. Abby then took me in immediately even though I was 30 minutes early. She assured me that they would take care of my dentist-phobia throughout the whole process. Abby answered all my questions at length. For the first time ever I’m looking forward to returning to the dentist.
The staff are truly the best that I have ever dealt with. I was very nervous being a new patient with very bad tooth pain and no insurance. They got me in the very next day and were able to get me the help that I needed to have my tooth fixed. I strongly suggest going to Smiles!

They were able to see me for an emergency even though I was not an established patient. I appreciate the friendliness of the staff and the explanation of the procedure that was necessary at the initial visit. The follow up visit was very thorough as well. I would recommend this practice.

Thank you for a job well done on two root canals. After having horrible experiences over the years with various dentists I found a gem in Dr Higgins. Root canals in the past were painful from the problem with the tooth, the procedure hurt and afterwards the area that was worked on was sore for a week. I chose the sedation option. I have not taken any pain medicine since the procedure. The area that was worked on doesn’t hurt and I can eat on both sides of my mouth. All I can say is thank you. I have additional work to be done and have no hesitation about letting Dr Higgins perform the procedures in the future.
