Meet the Team

Smiles & More Dental Wellness is able to offer outstanding patient care thanks, in part, to our tremendous team members.

Reasons Our Team Are Thankful to Work Here:

ABBY

OFFICE MANAGER

Hi, I’m Abby!

I have been a dental hygienist at Smiles & More Dental Wellness for over 10 years and have worked in the dental field for more than 15 years. I began my career as a dental assistant before earning my dental hygiene degree in 2013.

As a Denton native, it’s incredibly meaningful to serve the community I call home and help patients achieve and maintain optimal oral health. I am passionate about building lasting relationships with my patients and providing personalized, compassionate care.

Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Josh, and our two children, Claire and Carston.

MORGAN

REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST

Hi, I’m Morgan!

I’m proud to be part of the hygiene team at Smiles & More Dental Wellness. I was born and raised in Pasadena, Maryland, and relocated to Denton in early 2020, fulfilling a lifelong dream of living on Maryland’s Eastern Shore.

I feel fortunate to serve the community I now call home while raising my family here. I am passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles in a comfortable and welcoming environment.

Outside of the office, I enjoy kayaking, gardening, and spending time around a bonfire with my husband, our two daughters, and our dog. I look forward to meeting you!

HEATHER

ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR

Hi, I’m Heather!

I’m the Administrative Coordinator here at Smiles & More Dental Wellness, and I’ve been part of the team since 2023. I graduated from North Caroline High School in 2015 and have loved building meaningful connections with our patients ever since.

When I’m not at the office, you’ll usually find me spending time with my husband and our sweet (and a little spoiled!) dog Duke. I also love thrifting and antiquing, caring for my houseplants, and making memories with my nieces.

I truly enjoy helping create a welcoming, comfortable experience for every patient who walks through our doors!

KRISTEN

PATIENT CARE COODINATOR

Hi, I’m Kristen!

I’ve proudly called Federalsburg, MD home my entire life and graduated from Colonel Richardson High School in 2010.

Before joining the dental field, I spent seven years in healthcare, including two years working in an Emergency Room setting. That experience gave me a strong foundation in patient care and compassion—skills I’m grateful to bring with me every day. Making the transition into dentistry has been such a rewarding change, and I truly love being part of a team focused on helping patients feel comfortable and cared for.

Outside of the office, my favorite thing is spending time with my husband, children, and family.

REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST

Hi, I’m Blaire!

I’m proud to be part of the hygiene team at Smiles & More Dental Wellness. I have been working in the dental field since 2009, beginning my career as a chairside dental assistant before becoming a licensed dental hygienist in 2017.

A lifelong resident of Maryland’s Eastern Shore, I feel fortunate to serve the community I have always called home. I am passionate about helping patients feel comfortable while achieving and maintaining healthy, confident smiles in a welcoming environment.

Outside of the office, I enjoys spending quality time with my husband, our two young sons, wild dog and close friends and family.

DENTAL ASSISTANT

Hi, I’m Emily!

I have been a Dental Assistant since 2020, and I truly enjoy being part of a team that helps patients feel comfortable and cared for during their visits. I take pride in supporting both our patients and our clinical team to help create a positive dental experience every day.

Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our dog, Opie. I love enjoying time with family and the simple moments that matter most.

We Know You're Looking for the Perfect Solution to Fit All of Your Dental Care Needs.

Your solution, however, isn’t to find the cheapest options possible. It’s to find a dentist who cares not just about one procedure that brings you into the office, but your overall health.  Whether you’re missing a single tooth or several, implants just might be the prosthetic option that you’re looking for. Ideal candidates will have sufficient jaw bone mass, healthy gums, and good overall health.
