Senior citizens who pay in full at the time of service will receive an 8% courtesy discount.

We offer an Extended Payment Plan with Interest (for up to 48-months). Please contact our office for the paperwork at least one month in advance of your appointment.

*New patients will receive a Comprehensive Examination by the doctor and full set of X-rays in place of one Bi-Annual Examination and Bitewing X-rays.

Membership is renewable on a yearly basis and the price is subject to change at the time of renewal. The membership fee is non-refundable.
